After trying college for a couple of years, Larry switched to trade school to learn the heating and air condition craft. Larry worked in the field in different capacities before opening Custom Heating and Air Conditioning in spring of 1986. Currently Larry serves as general manager of the business while still working in the field whenever possible. By stepping out of the office and into the customers home or business as a technician or an installer, Larry feels better able to make decisions that affect everyone from customers to employees. So count on Larry not only sizing the job, and presenting the proposal, but to help with the installation as well.

Jonathan Brown learned the meaning of customer service and hard work while still attending Wichita West High school. After a day of classes, a long evening of serving customers as a restaurant employee awaited Jonathan. Eventually rising from entry level bus boy to supervisor, Jonathan learned first hand how to serve the public, as well as supervise employees, and manage a restaurant.

After a few years Jonathan was ready for a change and landed a job with the local gas company. While realizing that he had a great job, Jonathan decided learning a skilled trade was a better career choice. Having weighing all his options, Jonathan chose to enroll at the Wichita Technical Institute in the heating and air conditioning/refrigeration trade. Custom Heating and Air Conditioning is proud to have played a roll in encouraging Jonathan in this decision, and serving as a mentor during and after his training. As a company we are very fortunate to have Jonathan on our team. Working for and serving the citizens of the Wichita area is a privilege Jonathan appreciates. The work is interesting, and every day is different. Being able to help people and experience their appreciation first hand is a tremendous bonus.
