Larry,
You exceeded my expectations! You and your crew made a very stressful time seem like a walk in the park. A very hot, sweaty walk in the park but pleasant nonetheless.
I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday and please bring me a flyer or a business card so that I can hang it in my cubicle at work. I have no less than 10 engineers at my desk on any day and I know how you like to work your magic on them.
